Thanks for that link. It does answer a couple of questions, but now it looks complicated due to this is not my customer and I have no clue what phone lines they have or GROUPs. I was there just to connect the MOH Player. I was hoping there would be a box to click saying, "Enable MOH". Which there was but that did not work. BUT - now I know they do need to call a ShoreTel Tech.
