We are using traditional ACD with Coral Jet, is there any way or is there any software that a manager can use to log a user in/out remotely, without having access to the PBX?

There was a product a few years ago, for supervisors to be able to do what are asking.

It is called the FlexCT agent manager client.Software application used for remote agent log in/log out to ACD groups. Requires LAN (or TCP/IP)
connection to PC running FlexCT Agent Manager. Runs under Windows 95/98/ME/NT/20000. Can
be used either by a supervisor or remote agent.

Problem is you need to have Can be loaded onto FlexCT CallMaster Server or CC JET, or requires PC-2 with Windows NT (or NT
Workstation) and NIC card. Also requires independent APDL, circuit on an SDT or SFT card and
Version 11 in the Coral FlexiCom, and COM port.
