Thanks for the reply.
In program 105 "System Parameters", 08 "E911 Service" is set to Enable. Is there another setting that would supersede this setting?
In program 104 "System Timers", 13 "9+11 Judgement Timer" is set to 3. Is this the timer you are referring to?
Thanks Again! Those were the settings that I was thinking I read your question again. You did not mention what kind of lines they have at the remote site. I was thinking that it was a PRI like the main site. Could they be Centrex analog?
