I've had 2 brand new cards do the same thing and some phones that went T.U. as well. So I've had better luck with the refurb stuff (Inter-Tel Axxess... got most of the refurb stuff from Sundance.) Great system to work with though. Self taught on this one. Played a little bit with Executone too. Devin
