They work great and the support is superb. When I call, the hold time is about 1 minute. Try to get tech support from Panasonic!!!! The Partner Systems are simple to put in, the Magix is tricky if you are new. Good luck and welcome to the interconnect business.... Be careful there are a lot of people out there putting in systems and marking up the equipment a few bucks and providing no support. BUY REFURBISHED....
