Yes, this belongs in Installers and I'll probably post there as well.
Got a call today from a never-heard-from-before client (that I hope will call on me again). They moved from a straight PRI to some kind of weird PRI from TierZero.
Problem is that they can no longer make international calls. The TierZero tech that I spoke with said they're not getting enough digits.
From what I know about ISDN, there are pretty specific rules about whether 011 is sent or not and whether the National flag bit is sent or not. My gut says that there's an incongruity in the programming, but I don't know InterTel.
Any thoughts? Anyone want this job?

Most likely it is an improper call-type setup in the
System->Cabinet->PRI card->Call Types
area of DB Studio.
Different telcos require different calltypes, that especially show up for international calling.
It could be the ISDN switch type doing it in.
Otherwise, something in the Dial Patterns in the Route Groups section. But that would be pretty strange from what I've seen.
