Earlier this year, we upgraded some equipment which required the reinstallation of UMClient2.227 on each workstation. All of our computers are using Windows 7 and Outlook 2007. On 3 out of 15 computers, the .wav attachment does not come into Outlook with the message. Anyone have suggestions on a setting that might be wrong or file missing from these machines? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Size limitation maybe? I know in 5.0 you can send as a MP3 this will reduce the size of the file. Not sure at what point that became an option but noticed it the other day when setting up a new system Randy

Size doesn't matter. The attachment comes through fine if I log onto another computer on our network with a user from a machine that is a problem. Leads me to believe it is a security setting or lack of an add-in in Outlook on the problem machines that I can't find which is stripping the attachment.
