I'm just doing my first HX5000 with an E1 instead of a T1 in Mexico. The onsite contact cannot complete any type of call: local, long distance, toll free, international etc. All phones were set to use ARS which was failing. I tried setting all phones to just use the E1 trunk group directly and they are still failing.

I know the numbering convention is different (e.g. - 8 digit local calls etc.) Has anyone had to do this and does anyone have any advice as to the Dial Rules?
