Partner ACS lost its program. Doorphone is reprogrammed to chime to extension 32. I programmed Feature 41 on a button on ext 32. I put 32 in #612 assigned. In #613 contact closure 1 is set for 3 seconds on . Lock is a door strike. We can answer the door. Press Feature 41 button but strike will not activate.

Could I have a bad Contact closure adjunct? Is my programming correct?

Of course customer says it worked last week.

EDIT: yes I suppose I need to find the power supply for the strike and test that!
