I put in an SL2100 and customer is used to no privacy on the trunks. If I set the trunk to no privacy in 14-01-19, the trunk will flash slowly when busy and quickly when on hold. I don't like that. This is a very busy auto repair shop and there will be un-intended barge ins trying to distinguish between slow flash and fast flash.
If I set 20-13-09 20-13-15 20-13-16 and 20-13-24, the feature will work for incoming calls only, not outgoing. NTAC says 21-01-03 has to expire. I set that to 1 second and still no workie. System is on 4.20 software.
It has to be possible.

Ever find it let me know. I have one customer in 30 years that wanted it. It works but the lamping...you have to learn it.

It would seem pretty basic feature that is lacking here. Incoming calls work but outgoing cannot release privacy. I am really surprised by this flaw.

Um, I am fairly certain any call can be entered and there are toggles.

Well the flaw was ME. System is working as desired.
