I haven't worked on one of these for a couple of years

I have a customer who now has their lines ringing 3 phones all the time. They want to change it to ring the phones for 3 rings then go to AA /Mbx to leave a message.

Can anyone refresh my memory?

Oh my, that type of info is buried pretty far back in my memory!

I don't remember the term but isn't there something like an incoming call group that can be defined? And if memory serves me correctly it has a No Answer destination which would be the voicemail DN. Then the voicemail would be programmed with to route calls from the ICG to the correct AA...

Do you have network emanager to make the programming changes?
My guess is the 3 phones ringing are a MCG you can add the voicemail to the MCG and delay ring 16 or 24 sec.

I used to do this all the time, add the voicemail pilot as Delay ring in the Multiple Call group.

The slight bug is if 2 calls come in at the same time. First call rings ok. The second call goes directly to the AA.

You can set the CF template in a MCG, the same as the extensions. The only reason I added the VM pilot to an MCG is if the customer wanted the No Answer delay timer different than the global CF-No Answer timer.
