I have an environment with an IPO 11.1.3 with 30+ Phones
Set up with DHCP Client. (It was like that out of box so I left it that way)
I have IPO Lan 1 connected to my POE with all of the Phones.
I have 3 J169's Connected through one of their switches and a Patch cable in the switch room to my POE.
All Phones have been configured and working perfectly, but 5 J129 Phones. I am struggling to find the correct way to configure them properly. Lan 1 is 192.168.1.125. I am later adding SIP Trunks and DID's but I am currently using Analog Lines.
Is there a better way to configure this system for near future migration that has very few limitations?
what is the best way to configure the J129 Phones?
I toggled all the Phones, I believe with the exception of the 3 using their switch to DHCP off. (no dark scale in toggle area)
Please advise and thanks in advance!

Usually if you manually put the Call Server and HTTP server in (IP address of IPO) you're off to the races. Did you build new SIP extensions (not just the users)?

J129s are a little different. They don't do as much automatically as the other J series phone do, If memory serves, you'll have to manually enter the HTTP and HTTPS servers, and all the SIP environment and proxy info.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Yes! I did build the user and the extensions and I can put a J169 or J179 Phone at that extension and get it functioning properly no problem, but with the J129 Phones I either get Acquiring Service or Proxy List is empty.
Thanks
