We had a BIPU-Q1A which failed that was used to connect our CTX670 to 3 remote CTX100 systems. To me this BIPU-Q1A unit looks like it keeps restarting. At least the Light pattern keeps repeating between the NIC lights and the HB light.

I had purchased a spare in the past and it looks like it was DOA. The HB light doesn't blink.

I have one on order. What is the procedure for replacing it. Is it swap in/out and done or does the CTX670 need to be rebooted first?

Thanks!

Have you tried to re-flash the firmware?

As for replacing it just power off the system and swap out the card and power back on. The configuration is held in the CPU and not in the BIPUQ card.
