Hi,

Just wondering if anybody has had success with a remote ATA on a SCMC system.

We have an ATA with a cordless handset at a remote site. The ATA registers to the system using the host name of the SCMC (ug1.scm.com) and the outbound proxy being the public IP where the SCMC is.

Calls made from the ATA to a mobile, via a SIP trunk works perfectly.

Calls made to another IP phone (local or remote) has no voice ether way.

played around with changing local UDP ports and public UDP but nothing works.

Any help would be appreciated.


This is all via public addressing bty, no VPN involved.

Hi All, can sopmeone help me! I updated my system from OfficeServeManager 4.5.6 to 4.9.9 I now can't connect to the system with the password. I updated by going to Util tab, updated File control to MP10a_V499 and all the files and I restarted it. and after the restart I can not log on. I have tried every password with no luck. All my phones are working but allot of stuff is not working. Can't transfer calls or anything. I created a back up before the update I just need to log back on to the system to upload the back up.

You need to make your own thread for this. These are 2 different systems.
