On Axxess system 6.009, been getting this system alarm (#121) on admin phone. My manual does'nt list this alarm at all.
I have a feeling it has something to do with communication between the NT server and the Voice Processor (based on it coming up when voice processor disconnects..........not every time though so I'm not entirely sure), but I can't be 100% sure without a listing on this alarm.
Does anyone have this alarm listed in their system manuals, or have seen/dealt with this alarm? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I believe it has something to do with the freeze string. I think when there is a space programmed in there it will continue to generate that alarm code.
Go into maintenance and message print and make sure you don't have any spaces programmed.
