Have a ext. that is call forwarded to a cell phone , If you call that ext. it forwards , if you come through the AA it wont transfer out to the cell phone , hear a recording from the provider that the number cant be dialed ?? So I'm pretty sure it is a setting in the VM ????

You dont do that on a Strata Messaging , but I have set for blind and supervised and didn't help

I discovered yesterday that it will work on certain incoming numbers but I have about 20 DID's that it wonk work on, I guess it maybe a provider issue, these are SIP trunks
