Greetings, I'm trying to set up WeVoip on a 7100 release 4.95. I have the WeVoip license installed I see a WeVoip count of 1. I have gone through all of the programming. I downloaded the client to the phone (A Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Marshmallow 6.0.1). I see the profile register and save. When I try to connect to the local 7100 address I see it try and fail. The Icon color I get is yellow not green or red. The set up manual says this: "Yellow icon indicates this client does not have a license. It is registered but not ready to use." Can anyone explain to me what this means? And how to correct it? TIA

Hi John
You should double check all settings, you need to make sure you have programmed SIP phone information MMC 842 DM 2.7.2 with Auth User Name and Auth Password.

Hi Thanks, This got resolved when I changed out the router to something newer that allowed me to turn off Sip Alg. Thanks again, John
