Hello all,
Can anyone help me with how to set up the call recording function on an OS 7030 (I don't even know where to start).

First step do you have the voice mail license?
Assign a CR key with extender to each set that you want to record calls for.The extender would usually be your mailbox ie assign ext 201 a CR201 key.There is also a call record beep timer in the system timers. When on a call press the CR key to record.The softkeys will show function .

You'll also need to enable the feature in the COS for the extension(s) you wish to use it on
