I am trying to have calls route to AA after so many rings. I have used calling group 791, added the two pools to it, overflowed it to 770, set number to 99, time to 18, no to prompts. I have followed these directions to a tee, backwards and forwards, but I can't get it to work. The manual says "If Night-Only Call Handling is programmed, the communications system directs calls to the Automated Attendant Service only when the communications system is in Night Service." Could this be the problem? Legend R7/WinSPM 9R4

Also, WinSPM sucks.

Have you assigned one of the mailboxes to point towards the auto attendants?

Call 791 from a phone. It should ring for 18 seconds, and the cover to voicemail. Remember to make a mailbox for 791, pointing to the auto attendant, as Dexman advised. If that works, need to look more at your programming for the pools assigned to 791.

Yes, I forgot to mention that I created a mailbox for 791, and it is set as an auto attendant .

Tom, yes it does answer. I printed a report that shows 791 has the correct lines /pools assigned. This is where I began to wonder if Night Only was causing my issue.
