I recently inherited a customer with a SV8100 with UC Desktop in server It seems they have list connection between the pc running the client software and the UC suite. The software works,can make changes but no telephone features work How do I log into the blade ? Is there an easy way to reset it? Ive never worked on it before so my questions may seem simple Thanks for the help

Hi! You are sure you installed the right application (Univerge SV8100 - Desktop Suite v.6.5.1) ? I am asking you because SV8100 don't need a computer server to activate the sharing services. This is available for SV 9100.
On SV8100 the "server" it's build in the system. Yoou just install the client application and everything works fine!
