How or is it possible to get the station reports or any data for that matter to print to a file using Hyper Terminal or another terminal emulation software. I setup Hyper-V to capture files but when I try to do a printout to printer the file is blank.

Is there anything special I need to do to get it to print to a file?

Are you sure you have the system printing the SMDR to the correct port?

I use TeraTerm to capture the SMDR data at my site.
