Suddenly, any user on my IP Office cannot change their VM Password? It is an 8.1(91) with 8.1 Voicemail Pro.. I have chainged their passwords at the phone for them, and then I go look at Manager, and their password is gone.. and then in 24 hours it asks the to make a new password all over again.

What release is this?
Use manager to reformat the SD Card.
