I would like the auto attendant to pick up box 800 (day service) and give person an option to leave a message by pressing one or hold on and have all the phones ring again in group 416. I programmed the leave message by pressing 1 but cannot route the call back to the group so every phone rings.I have the key software for the VM and box functions and the DX software on the main board. And is it not possible to change the number of rings before the AA picks up between day and night or box 800 or 801? Thsnk you. Steve

You can do all that from the ucd program for 416 using it's timers and and re-route 1 and 2 then final destination to a VM box.

You need to set up a new UCD for Night and do the same as above then redirect destination to the new UCD when 801 is the active box.

You can also set up "time mode " in addition to night mode for ringing times.

Thank you for the quick response. I must have missed that on the timer menue. I know some menues have additional pages so I will look at it again in the morning. I am currently using time mode so it shouldn't be that big of a deal. The dealer who installed the system is out of business and I could only find one dealer in my area that would even look at it. They got so frustrated they gave the cable and software and pretty much said good luck. They didn't use as many words but they did say it would be cheaper to buy a new system they were more familiar with. Its too bad because the system seems to be pretty robust and can do a lot more then I will ever need. Thanks again
