Hi,
Can anyone tell me when you perform a conference call using a VOIP set (Axxess 9.1) does this technically result in two or more separate audio streams as if they were separate phone calls to the same set? Or are the call legs combined into a single audio stream to the set?
Is there any way to sum up the number of outbound calls made as conference calls vs outbound non-conferenced calls? We have OAI and Reporter Pro v 4.
In other words if agent A calls party B, then conferences in party C, is that reported as two outbound calls from Agent A's extension or one, and is there any way to separately total such '3-way' calls vs 'normal' outbound calls?
