Has anybody in had any experience with the 100 DCD DS1 card..

Also is there instruction sheet on installing this card.

Just keep in mind that the Magix doesn't play nice with NI2.

Ok, I'll remember that, I still need to know is there any source
of documentation on what the PRI perimeters mean.I don't like adding an entry to a programming sequence and not what it means.
Also, one other question...how are fax and private lines are programmed once the PRI is installed...do they stay separate or
are they ported thru the PRI.
Thanks for the help.

I can link you to the easy step-by-step PRI programming sheet.

The private lines just become DNIS numbers on the PRI, so route them to the appropriate extensions.

I recall that AT&T's IP-Flex does NOT support faxes or modems, so keep them as copper. If they are using a traditional Adtran IAD, they can break them out as copper and still hand off the voice lines as PRI.

Around here when At&t rolls out IP flex to the customer they install a BIAB (Business in a box) which is nothing more than a SIP to analog converter.

AT&T will need to provide 5ESS as the PRI type. Your call handling will be different as you won't have lines with the ability to assign them to appearance buttons. No caller name, just number. Assign channels in descending order.
