Ive been handed a Vodavi xts and the customers cpu battery died and lost all its programming . its been replaced and reprogrammed but now none of the phones can get an outside line..they get a fast busy..so obviously something was missed. Can anyone tell me where to look to correct this?

This could be any number of things....what kind of trunks in the system? Is the card programmed? Do users have access to trunk groups? Are users pressing line key or dialing 9? In other words we need a lot more info in order to help solve this.
