Not sure if I am the last person to find this out, but, I called tech support this morning at about 9:30am EDT for some assistance on an XTSc and I found out (through an auto attendant recording) that there now tech support for the Vodavi legacy products is now available from 1pm to 5 pm Eastern time. I guess we are going to have to schedule our tech support requirements and emergencies around this new schedule. I will reserve comment on this as I am sure this board is monitored by Vertical, but suffice it to say I am one unhappy camper right now. T

Yes, please schedule all emergencies for those times and hope the tech is not on vacation or out sick.
They said they would support the legacy product, just didn't say how much they would support it.

That is a great part of what makes these boards so helpful.

It was clear to me as I sat on the conference call in december 2006 as Vertical took over Vodavi that the Vertical vision and business model was a clear 180 from Vodavi's. Nothing that I have seen or experienced from Vertical over the past 6 years has made me adjust my opinion.

I posted about something pertaining to tech support the other day and it is not on the board? Is there a reason my discussion on the Vertical layoffs was deleted? I can even search for topics started by my username and its there but when I click on it, it brings me to a MBX discussion??

Your post was moved to the installers forum...that is where all discussions of this type should be.

In this economy it could be even worse. I have decided to be thankful that at a minimum, Vertical is still alive.
