Ok I have my first 100 system in, also have a 45p from over a year ago. And I am happy with it as to the install and the support, although as long as it is needed during the week. But they have been very good helping me get the system setup for my customer. The upgrade was very easy as long as you don't have the voicemail installed. Had a few little hang ups on the weekend of install, finished it today and customer is very happy with it. Loves simplicity of phones and how detailed the HD voicemail can get. Should have another one by the end of the month.
