We currently have ground start trunks in our phone system. We recently switched from AT&T to another phone company, and they just can't match ground start trunks to the phone system. Their lines keep going back to loop start until I go off hook and on hook with my test set. Anyway, we are switching the lines to loop start. I know I have to program the lines to be loop start in Trunk database, as well as program each individual line for loop start, and also switch some jumpers on the cards. Is there anything else I should be aware of? The manual doesn't seem to give a good discription of the jumpers for loop\ground start. I hope I can find the correct ones.
