I called Carrier {loop 1} then Xfer/Conf 9+ second number spoke to caller then pressed Xfer/Conf again for a three way call. Carrier transferred us to another division that needed dtmf when I started entering our number 123-4596-xxxx, about half way through the three way split and loop 1 disappeared from off my phone. I hit the Xfer/Conf button and hung up on loop 2. Shortly later the loop 1 call rang back to my phone and I was back connected with the call. I at this point used a conf. bridge. The following error was sent.

or is this an error brought on since we cannot pass DTMF in a conf call?
