Does the ICE do ACD? I set one up with a CMP QueCall in front of it, it's working.... somewhat. But I know the customer is going to need more. I'm trying to move them up to an IPX or Office, but I'd like to know of any other options.

The only thing the ICE has is UCD groups and you need the hdd or ucmc voicemail for the ucd groups to get the voicemail. You can also log in and out of the ucd group like an acd group but it is not exactly the same.
