I'm looking for economical repair of the power unit from a KX-T123211D. I have 2 bad units, need one good, no rush. Please let me know who can do it.

I've had very good luck with Panasonic's factory service centers in Langhorne, PA or Suwannee, GA. Their prices are reasonable and turnaround time is usually within a week.

Thanks for the suggestions. After a long response delay, Panasonic told me to see a dealer. I'll contact Telquest, but their website shows no expertise in repair. It is not time critical, so my best hope appears to be eBay for a parts. -- Alan
