As Mr. Bennett stated in
this thread, the T-1/data/packet discussion needs it's own thread, so here it is.
Too many CGs have a limited memory of where their particular "trade" came from. They don't know their roots. Yes, I remember O and ON carriers on open wire...and fiber between COs for voice "data" to be exchanged. DARPA, not a former vice president, actually invented the internet as we now know it.
Now, go to your respective corners so the technology discussion of pro and con T-1 and IP can continue.
