I cannot seem to match up the correct CPC setting from the new RTP300 Vonage adapter with my Panasonic KX-TD816. So when someone hangs up on the voicemail (TVS50, I hear that hidious noise for a good long while).
I had two RPT31P2 adapters. One died so they sent me their "latest and greatest" RTP300.
CPC wored fine on both lines with the RTP31P2. CPC still works fine on the one line the RTP31P2 is on.
I just cannot get the new RTP300 to tell signal the call has ended.
I spoke to two levels of tech support at Vonage today. The second level said the RTP31P2 uses decimal values, and the RTP300 uses whole numbers. I told her to match up the settings from the RTP31P2 in to the RTP300. She claims she did, but still the problem did not go away.
Anyone come across this yet?
Thx.
