Can we change the date on the 1X-12KTD-2 model without calling in a dealer? Dealer who sold us the system no longer supports Iwatsu.
Thanks

Unfortunately, changing the date is a programming issue, but changing the TIME can be done from the attendant's phone. Just set the time a few minutes before midnight, let the date roll over then reset the time.
Of course, this only works if the date is a day behind, or if a day ahead, if you have lots of spare time on your hands.
You may already have a clock adjust button on the attendant phone. Press ICM, the clock button and enter the time in 24 hour format. If you don't have the clock adjust button programmed, press ICM, FEAT, 64 and enter the time. The system will beep three times when it accepts your changes. Press the SPKR button to finish programming.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Been a long time but if they have that minicell system on their system, can't they 'get in trouble' with user permissions if they try to change time/date to much too quickly? Or does that apply anymore. Heck, it's only been 8-9 years

Yeah, that can cause problems if the time is adjusted more than 8 hours ahead or behind. Here is what I suggest. If the date is *ahead* (meaning it's showing tomorrow's date): 1) In the afternoon, set the time to the same time in the AM. (So, at 5pm, set the time to 5am.) 2) In the morning, set the time back to normal. If the date is *behind* (meaning it's showing yesterday's date): 1) Set the time to 11:59pm (2359) 2) After the time rolls over to 0000 and the date adjusts to todays date, set the time back to normal time. Hope this helps someone. KL
