I have a customer with a digital phone that can put outside callers on hold, but not intercom (internal) callers. We upgraded the system to version 8.15 with a new cpu card. She said before the upgrade she could put intercom calls on hold. When she tries now it refuses to reconnect to the call but for the person on hold its like their on hold. I cannot find any settings different from the old program to the new. We went from something like ver 4 to 8.15
