CS100, have been complaining that at some times during the day (no specific time) when the Reception on x100 hits transfer then the X the call needs to go to it doesn't ring that X, rather the caller just gets dumped in MB107.

When it happens the reception could be transferring to any extension, but its always mb107 that the caller gets dumped into....any idea's ???????? :bang:

Either user error or a software bug... have you duplicated it?

check in programing of zero destination and see if it is MB107? also, is ext 107 the first digital extension programmed? ( flexible number exchange)?

Is there an ext 107 ?

Zero goes to x100, maybe user error, I asked them to recreate it and mark the time and date.
Will see what happens.

IF, You have the NSP hooked up, have the customerr hit record twice on an ext(say 100? ) when it happens and have ESI take a look...If you can have the customer let you know soon enough and get ESI in,( to look at De-Bug ) they should be able to see what's going on.
