I have an ESI Comm Server customer with a PRI that wants to forward his extension to a Long distance number. All his LD calls require an account code (enforced by the carrier) after dialing the number. Of course it doesn't work when he tries it but maybe there is a workaround I haven't heard of. Has any one had any success with this?

Try forwarding his ext to a speed dial with the number programmed in it, add the pauses 9,,,18633332222,,,1234 for the account code and such. The only thing is you can only have 3 digit numbering with this.
I know it will not work with 4 digit numbering as we tried that. You may want to send his ext to an info box as well, again on ly 3 digit will work.
Good Luck
