I have a customer that wants a missed call caller id button put on 1 of the programmable buttons of his small system cordless. I have looked in esi access and do not see the code available to put on it but I have been having troule with this system since it was installed. Id there anyone who has ran across this problem before is there any quick fix I have to go out tomorrow morning and fix some other things. Any advice would be helpful.

You can't put a caller ID key on a cordless set because it dosn't have a scroll key to scroll through the entries.

I tried that in esi access I was looking for a solution before I ended up eating a cordless phone. I am looking at loosing out on the entire job because he has not made time for me to train them on how to use the system since I put in in 9 days ago. Thanks for all the advice given here. I am now looking for a solution to end this install on a good note. WOW it's another fun day in the life of a great telephone man. I had a feeling of the answer already in my mind but I wanted to see if anyone has ever been faced with this situation before.

Did you try to manually put it on the cordless?

You could replace the esi cordless with a standard analog cordless, these usually have caller id logs in them.
