I did an install and tested all phones but on 1 phone the record button does not work. I did the usual swapping of phones and checked all programming it is on ext 101. I asked several people and no ideas I was wondering if someone has had this before and what if anything fixed the problem. Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

I bet recording is not allowed for that extension - check function 3-2.

Or else the mailbox is disabled - make sure it has a greeting. At that point call tech support.
