I'm looking for tech support on Norstar ksu's and voicemail. I am looking for experienced programmers for high-end programming and emergencies. This is very infrequent (I hope), and while I always try to give as much lead time as possible, it could be spur-of-the moment.

I am in the San Francisco area and currently have one tech who helps me when needed, but he is very busy, and cannot always make it (or even be contacted).
