Does anyone know what you do to make a verbatim
voice mail "flash" an out side line (CO)?

Are you trying to do a centrex transfer?

do you have call transfer on the pots line? If you do it can be done. You need to change some settings in the transfer fields. It is really for somebody who knows the key voice voicemail. If I start trying to walk you thru it may end up more messed up. Bring in a comdial guy who can do it for you.

I am a comdial guy, I just need to know where and what to change, I do have user transfer on the lines and it works Manually with mt Butt set. Thank for any help you can give me.

in the external transfer you need to put the code for flash. it is in the key voice manual that you can download on vertical site ccr
