I can make calls locally(extension to extension) and i cannot receive any call on my switchboard meaning from outside of the company.I have checked with the Landline provider if my incoming line is not dead,of which is not.Can you please advice.

Lot at MMC406 and see who (extension or group) is supposed to ring and if a group look at MMC 600 to see what members are in the group.
