Our system is Comdial (not sure what model) with VoiceWorks 16 for voice mail. We have Comdial 8024S phones and their programming guides, but nothing for the phone system. We are trying to change the music on hold from the provided "music" to the "customer-recorded". What equipment would we need to do this and how would I install the messages we record? Thanks in advance for the help.
