You guys did real well on the last one, so here's another one for you:
What would cause a station to have no indicator lights working? ie, all buttons work, but no lights come on. I think I may have caused this problem when I was trying to fix something else.
Also, how would one go about resetting the terminal password on an executech 2000 system?

Unplug the phone and then while you are plugging it back in press and hold down the MUTE button and it will go through a self test, release the Mute button as soon as the test starts. If all the lights seem to be working then it's in the station cos programming.
When you say Terminal programming are you referring to VDT on site or remote by modem?
So I take it that you got the other problem fixed?
