Please help me out. I transfer a call to an ext. The person calling was leaving a message half way thought the message the other person pick-up the phone. For some reason the conversation was record to someone elses voice mailbox.
We have a series 8000 Comdial Impact phone system. Thanks

Check and see if they set call forwarding to that station.
