Does anyone have experience programming those small 2 & 4 Port Digital Voice Mail Systems?
I know they intergrate with Lucent, Mitel, Electra, Toshiba, Panasonic, Comdial, Iwatsu, Vodavi, Prostar, Fijitsu and Sprint.
To help describe the VM:
- The System Administrator Mailbox is the lowest numbered extension.
- The prompts are like: "Press DM for Database Management Menu"
I am helping out a tech that I worked with about 15 years ago who has a customer where the Admin Mailbox logon was changed, the person was "let go" and no one set up a second Admin Box. Thus, absolutely no programming can be done.
I had him try the usual backdoor passwords I know of...and I will not reveal in the open. :nono:

I emailed him the Laptop Programming Guide, however since all programming is done through the keyset I am holding out little faith that it will be of any help. The installation/programming manual only lets you default the system from the Admin Box...which you have to have the password.
Can anyone PM me if they know the backdoor password? The VM is a Sprint Digital Voice DVP-403.
