I have posted this under XBlue section as well.
When a call comes in, and the caller presses (0) the call will go to the attendant but will take take the message. The recording says "This person is not answering,please choose another" or something like that. I choose 11 12 13 it will not take amessage. The DND is OFF. I have reset the phone system and VM 2 times. Any ideas?
