We're running Avaya as the main telephony system. We have a secondary Callegra server for voicemail. Sometimes it can take almost 24 hours for a voicemail message to show up in the recipient's inbox in MS Outlook. These messages are far too important to wait around a day to read them, but they are far too unimportant for the user to click "Callegra Synch" a couple times a day just in case. Naturally.
Anyone else ever get this? Is there an easy fix?
