My company installed an NEC Pro 2, in 1994. The owner/tech who worked on it has retired and it is now in my uncapable hands! I need to restrict two single line extensions from dialing out. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you

I believe you could use MB 4-19 to restrict by trunk for no outgoing calls (not even 911) or 4-07 make the port = 03 t block long distance 1+ dialing only.

Can you explain this memory block thing to me? So I press Function, Hold, Pound "0", Star. How do I get to Memory block 4-19?

Sorry, you proably won't get step by step info here. If you can access program mode, try getting a proramming manual & working your way through it.
